Body of Polish president recovered from crash site

Russian rescue workers have recovered the body of Polish President Lech Kaczynski who was among the 97 people killed yesterday when his plane crashed. Quoting a senior official at the site of the plane crash in the western Russian city of Smolensk, Russian news agency Ria Novosti reported that identification of many of the dead will require additional expertise, including DNA analysis.Russian Prime Minister Vladmir Putin said that bodies of those killed in the crash will be brought to Moscow for identification. He said, the cause of the plane crash must be learned as quickly as possible.
