In Saudi Arabia, the bodies of seventy-seven victims of flooding which took place in Jeddah on 25th of this month have been recovered so far. Arab news quoting Civil Defence spokesman has reported that twenty-one bodies of Saudis were handed over to their families for burial. Other bodies were still being identified. Civil Defence teams are continuing their search for survivors and for other bodies. Al-Amri said the areas most affected by the rains and the floods were the districts to the east of the Jeddah-Makkah Expressway.<br/><br/>Official Saudi Press Agency quoting the statement of the Directorate-General of Civil Defence in Makkah region had earlier reported that more than 900 persons were rescued.<br/>
