In Bihar, one girl was drowned and over 12 people are missing when a boat capsized in the Budhi Gandak river near Meshi in East Champaran district on Thursday. AIR correspondent reports, one body has been recovered so far. Divers have been pressed into service to trace the missing persons. About 35 persons were travelling in the ill-fated boat at the time of the accident. District officials are camping on the site to monitor the ongoing rescue operation.
