In Pakistan, at least 30 people have been drowned when their boat capsized near Nusrat Loop Bund in Larkhana. Pakistan's irrigation department today said the deceased include at least ten women. According to a private TV channel, the wooden boat was rescuing the flood-stranded people in catchments area, when it turned over owing to huge pace of floodwater. The boat could not maintain its balance between Larkana’s catchments area and Nusrat Loop Bund and all 30 people on board were swept away by the fierce flood waves.
