The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Commissioner, Subodh Kumar filed affidavit before the two-member Adarsh Inquiry Commission on Wednesday.In his affidavit, Kumar claimed that the former Municipal Commissioner, Jairaj Pathak, had allowed the Adarsh Cooperative Housing Society to bypass the clearance required from the civic body's high-rise committee to increase the height of the building. Former Mumbai Collector Debashish Chakraborty and architect of the firm Team One for Adarsh building Paresh Kapse also filed their affidavits before the Adarsh inquiry panel on Wednesday.
