Blueline buses going off Delhi roads from tomorrow

No Blueline buses will ply on the roads in the national capital from tomorrow. Talking to reporters, Delhi Transport Minister Arvinder Singh Lovely said, the government has no intention to extend the deadline which will expire today. He said that 840 Blueline buses will phased out from the city roads and if any such bus will ply after the deadline then it will be illegal. Earlier, more than 1200 buses were phased out by the end of last month. Mr. Lovely said that the safety of passengers is the priority of the government. He said that Delhi Transport Corporation has 6500 buses in its fleet which will be able to cater to the transportation needs of the people in Delhi.
