As festivities are gaining momentum, a group of children in Delhi, who are themselves deprived of the colours and gleam of Diwali, are spreading the joy and warmth of ornate candles and diyas.<br />”<br />”These children belonging to Blind Relief Association are visually impaired and may never have witnessed what Diwali lights and fireworks look like. But their impairment have not deterred them from spreading light in the lives of others.<br />”<br />”These visually impaired children have put their stalls in Diwali Bazaar also known as Diwali Mela at Sundar Nagar in New Delhi.<br />”<br />”In these stalls, beautiful candles and diyas made by these children have been displayed. People can buy these beautiful candles and diyas to light their homes this Diwali.<br />”<br />”Talking exclusively to All India Radio News, Executive Secretary of Blind Relief Association Kailash Chandra Pande said, more than 200 students have been trained to make diyas, agarbattis, candles, paper bags and many other items. He said the Diwali Bazaar will run till the 21st of this month.<br />”<br />”<span style="color: #222222;">The Blind Relief Association not only empowers these young bright minds, but also provides them education and skill training.</span><br />
