Two police personnel were killed in a cane bomb blast in Lohardada district of Jharkhand. According to senior officials, policemen were on routine petrol when the Maoists triggered the blast near Kekarang forest areas. Encounter is still on between the Maoists and the security forces.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, campaigning for the 5th and final phase of elections in the state is gaining momentum with leaders of various political parties, addressing a number of rallies in the 16 constituencies going for poll on Friday.<br/> <br/>While Venkaiah Naidu, Rajnath Singh and Shatrughan Sinha of BJP are camping in the area, Motilal Vora of Congress, Shibu Soren of JMM and Lalu Prasad of RJD are also criss-crossing different constituencies.<br/><br/> <br/>
