In Iraq, at least 23 people were killed and 55 injured in a car bomb attack at a market in the central city of Khales in Diyala province. Officials said the attack took place at around 7:30 pm on Friday. Iraqi news agency says the device went off in front of a coffee shop where crowd had gathered in the evening. <br/>
