A bomb blast has killed at least ten people at military barracks in Northern Nigeria. The explosion happened at the market inside the barracks in the Northern city of Bauchi. At least 20 other people were wounded. The attack came just hours after the Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan was sworn in for his first full term of office.
