Congress on Tuesday claimed that the current information available about the black money in Swiss banks is the result of the efforts by the UPA government. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Party Spokesperson Manish Tewari said that government has submitted the facts in the Supreme Court and opposition parties should refrain from commenting on the matter as it is subjuidice.Earlier BJP's Ravi Shankar Prasad wanted to know why the government is reluctant to reveal the names of those having accounts in foreign banks.The BJP also raised serious questions over the government's defence in the Supreme court for the appointment of P J Thomas as Chief Vigilance Commissioner. The Congress on the other hand accused the BJP of double standards.
