Several activists of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha on Tuesday marched from New Delhi's Ramlila ground to Parliament in protest against corruption and price rise. The protestors, led by BJYM president and Lok Sabha MP Anurag Thakur, were, however, stopped by the Delhi police personnel at Jantar Mantar. Police used water canon and tear gas shells to disperse them as they tried to jump barricades. Earlier, BJP president Nitin Gadkari, senior BJP leaders L K Advani, Sushma Swaraj and others addressed the activists at Ramlila Ground. The BJP leaders appealed to the youth to be united against corruption and to remove the Congress government.
