BJP's youth wing organizes protest rally outside West Bengal Secretariat in Howrah district

<span style="color: #222222;">In West Bengal, the youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party  organized a protest rally outside Nabanna, the West Bengal Secretariat, in Howrah  district today.<br />'' <br />'' When protesters were blocked, they tried to move forward and Police retaliated with lathi charge and tear gas.<br />'' <br />'' Several BJP workers, including state vice-president Raju Banerjee, were injured in the clash.<br />'' <br />'' Leaders like Arjun Singh, Kailash Vijayvargiya, Locket Chatterjee and Mukul Roy were among those present on the spot.<br />''        <br />'' BJP leader Kailash Vijayvargiya alleged that, whe they were protesting democratically, the police tried to turn the peaceful demonstration into a violent protest.<br />'' <br />'' The BJP's 'Nabanna Chalo' agitation is a protest against the alleged killing of party workers in West Bengal under the Mamata Banerjee-led government.<br />'' <br />'' Security officials were stationed in large numbers outside the BJP state headquarters this morning. State police used a drone to keep a vigil on the protesting BJP workers.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, the state government had announced yesterday that all the offices in the Secretariat building will be shut for two days  for sanitisation purpose.</span><br />
