Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said his party has a simple agenda and that is development. <br/><br/>Addressing an election rally at Surat in poll-bound Gujarat, Mr Modi said, some tough decisions had to be taken after NDA government came to power and people have trusted his decisions. <br/><br/>He said, the 125 crore people of the country are his high command and he is accountable to them. <br/><br/>Mr Modi said people in Surat did not get electricity at regular basis earlier but BJP government ensured this.<br/><br/>On the other hand, addressing professionals and teaching community in Rajkot, former Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh said, BJP is desperately trying to distract people from real issues as the promised Achhe Din is nowhere to be found. <br/><br/>He said, the MSME sector has grown through its own hard work rather than any significant support from state government. He said Congress has a vision for Gujarat's development and it will come forward with creative solutions to provide employment for the youth. <br/><br/>Campaigning for the first phase of assembly polls has come to an end. <br/><br/>The 182-member Gujarat Assembly will go to the polls in two phases. The first phase will be held this Saturday and the counting of votes will be taken up on December 18.
