BJP today staged a protest rally in New Delhi against the delay in execution of the Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru. Addressing the demonstrators, Vice-President of the party Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi criticised the government for delaying the decision on the execution. He demanded that government should immediately take decision on court's order to hang Afzal Guru.<br/>
