The meeting is likely to discuss the party's strategies for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.Speaking to reporters ahead of the BJP’s national executive meeting, party’s president Nitin Gadkari confirmed that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi will be attending the meeting. On BJP leader Sanjay Joshi’s resignation hours before the meeting, Gadkari said Joshi stepped down on his own for the larger interest of the party.
