In Madhya Pradesh, the ruling BJP has won Kukshi and Sonkutch legislative assembly by-elections. In Kukshi, BJP’s Mukam Singh Kirade defeated Nisha Singhar of Congress by over 16,000 votes, while BJP candidate Rajendra Verma defeated his Congress rival Arjun Verma by margin of over 19,400 in Sonkutch assembly segment.
