Union Home Minister and BJP leader Amit Shah said that the party will fight the Manipur State General Assembly Election 2022 with three formulas- innovation, infrastructure and integration. He was speaking at the inaugural and foundation laying ceremony of 29 development projects worth two thousand four hundred fifty crore rupees at Imphal through video conferencing. <br />''Mr Shah said that Manipur had failed in development in the last fifteen years of Congress rule due to instability, insurgency and inequality in the State. However, he said, the present BJP led State government implemented innovation, infrastructure and integration on ground in the last five years and now development has reached every nook and corner of Manipur.<br />'' <br />''The Union Minister said, under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP led Central government has been  giving special priority to the development of the North East Region. He said that since the BJP led government came into power in the Centre, Indo-Bangladesh land boundary dispute and Bodo insurgency movement have been solved peacefully and more than three hundred insurgents have laid down arms and joined mainstream society. He said that the law and order situation has improved in Manipur along with progress in development projects.<br />''He announced that BJP will make Manipur a total drug free state if the party comes to power after the forthcoming State assembly elections.
