<p style="margin: 0px; text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #222222;">The BJP has welcomed the Calcutta High Court order to transfer the case of attack on ED officials in West Bengal's Sandeshkhali  to the Central Bureau of Investigation. The High Court has ordered the transfer of the probe from the West Bengal Police to the CBI and also the custody of TMC leader Shahjahan Sheikh to the central agency. He was arrested by the State police last month in connection with the case. Addressing the media in New Delhi, BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla termed it as victory of truth. </span></p>
