Talking to reporters in New Delhi, party leader Venkiah Naidu said that the Home Ministry seems to have finally sent its recommendation to reject the mercy petition of Afzal Guru and now the Supreme Court order must be implemented without further delay. <br/> <br/>He described Afzal Guru as a symbol of Anti National Act. Afzal Guru is in death row since 2002 for the 2001 Parliament Attack. Earlier media reports said Home Ministry has rejected Afzal Guru's mercy plea keeping in view the nature of crime.<br/><br/>
