BJP has urged the Election Commission to take cognizance of UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's helicopter denied permission to land in West Bengal's Balurghat for a rally.<br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' Addressing media in New Delhi this evening, senior party leader and Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad accused ruling TMC of using undemocratic ways to prevent BJP leaders from holding rallies in the state. <br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' He said BJP President Amit Shah's chopper was also not allowed to land in the state and the Prime Minister's rally too was attempted to be disrupted. <br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' Ravi Shankar Prasad alleged that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is afraid of BJP's increasing popularity in her state as large crowds yearning for change attend BJP rallies.<br />
