Talking to reporters, Mr. Sahasrabuddhe said the delegation has told the poll panel that&nbsp; Pragya Singh Thakur is new in politics and contesting elections for the first time and she has already tendered her apology.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, in view of this the poll panel should rethink on its strict action.</span><br />
