BJP to put its stand aggressively on JNU row in Budget Session

BJP has decided to put its stand aggressively on JNU row in the ongoing Budget Session to counter the opposition. The issue was discussed at BJP Parliamentary party executive meeting in New Delhi this evening which was also attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Sources said during the meeting, BJP President Amit Shah and Union Ministers Arun Jaitely and Venkaiah Naidu talked in detail about the controversy besides legal aspects. <br/><br/>Later, NDA allies also held a meeting where the JNU issue came up for discussion. Mr. Shah briefed the alliance leaders about the issue. During both the meetings, a presentation was made over the achievements of the government. Talking to reporters, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said the meetings also discussed about the ways to ensure smooth functioning of Parliament.
