The BJP has announced that the party would launch a massive agitation on the price rise issue and warned of a confrontation against any plan to give autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir. Former Finance Minister Jaswant Sinha presented a resolution on economy and price rise on the concluding day yesterday of the BJP National Council at Indore. The Party also gave indications that it would be pro-active on the issue of internal security and terrorism. It also pledged to fight any move to grant reservation on the basis of religion in the wake of the Ranganath Mishra Committee report.
