BJP to bring privilege motion against PM

The BJP has given a notice of breach of privilege against the Prime Minister for making a statement against setting up a Joint Parliamentary Committee at a function in New Delhi yesterday. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters, party leader Goipinath Munde said that a notice for breach of privilege has been submitted to the Lok Sabha Speaker.<br/><br/>Senior party leader Arun Jaitley said that the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Mrs Sushma Swaraj demanded a statement on constitution of JPC in Lok Sabha yesterday.<br/><br/>The Prime Minister however made a reply outside Parliament despite of the session being on which is breach of privilege.<br/><br/>Supporting BJP's views on the issue, CPIM leader Sitaram Yechury today said that his party will take a final decision on the issue tomorrow.
