<span style="color: #222222;">The BJP has termed West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee's dharna in the state over the CBI issue as unconstitutional. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Talking to media outside Parliament, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Singh Meghwal said, it is under Supreme Court's order that  the CBI  proceeded for the investigation. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said, instead of showing support for those involved in the corruption, Ms. Banerjee should have allowed the premier investigating agency to carry out investigation. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Another BJP leader and Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, whatever has happened in West Bengal on part of Mamata Banerjee is unprecedented. Mr. Naqvi alleged that Ms. Banerjee is shielding and supporting the corrupt after sitting on a dharna.</span><br />''  <br />
