BJP has termed the denial of visa to actor Anupam Kher by Pakistan as unfortunate. The party said it will be a setback to the process of people-to-people contact to help improve ties between the two countries. <br/><br/>BJP Secretary Shrikant Sharma also questioned the silence of what he called so-called pseudo secular over the issue who were vocal on the matters pertaining to performance of Pakistani artistes in India. He said why they are silent now when an Indian actor was denied a visa and was singled out.<br/><br/>Anupam Kher was denied a visa by Pakistan to attend a literary festival in Karachi beginning Friday. The Pakistani High Commission in Delhi, however, claimed he had never applied for any visa.
