Aam Aadmi Party today alleged massive irregularities in Delhi and District Cricket Association, DDCA during the tenure of Union Finance Minister, Mr. Arun Jaitley as its President. Speaking to media in New Delhi, AAP leader Raghav Chadha said huge non- transparent payments were made to phoney companies in the development of cricket stadium. He demanded resignation of Mr. Jaitley as Finance Minister.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, BJP has rejected Aam Aadmi Party's allegation on Mr. Jaitley. Speaking to media the party leader and Communication & IT Minister, Mr. Ravishankar Prasad called the allegation as baseless. He said, Mr. Jaitley's honesty and integrity is well known. <br/><br/>Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu has termed the Aam Aadmi Party's allegation against Finance Minister Arun Jaitley over alleged irregularities in DDCA as an attempt to divert the attention from the corruption charges faced by Rajendra Kumar, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Reacting to AAP's latest accusation, Mr. Naidu said there is no need to respond to such baseless allegations. He said the AAP is making allegations to protect the officer facing serious charges.
