In Uttarakhand, former Tourism Minister T P S Rawat has been suspended from the state's ruling party for six years for his alleged anti-party activities. State media advisory committee Chairman Devendra Bhasin said in a statement that Mr Rawat had been found indulging in “anti-BJP” activities.According to our Dehradun Correspondent Mr Rawat who was earlier in Congress, had recently floated Uttarakhand Raksha Morcha, which was repeatedly raising alleged corruption scandals involving the BJP government in the state.
