The BJP today termed the reports of Standard and Poor's, S&P, about the country's growth prospects, a wake up call for India. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, the party spokesman, Prakash Javadekar said that UPA government is denying the reports instead of taking corrective measures to improve the economic condition of the country.

Mr Javadekar said that growth rate and industrial production of the country have come down and how can the Finance Minister deny the facts.
