BJP sought the resignation of the Union Home Minister Mr. P Chidambarm for allegedly leaking the Liberhan Commission report to the press. Party spokesperson Sushama Sawraj told reporters in New Delhi on Tuesday that the contents of the report are the same as published in a national newspaper and shown in a TV channel. She said that the report will be debated in the Lok Sabha on 1st of December. She said that the findings of the report are baseless as they are far evidence. She said that the indictment of the former Prime Minister Mr. Atal Bejari Vajpayee in the report is against the principles of justice as he was never asked to appear before the commission to put across his point of view.
