BJP slams UP minister Azam Khan's comments on Bulandshahar rape case

BJP today came down heavily on Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan for his comments on Bulandshahar gangrape case and asked him not to politicise the incident. Briefing media in New Delhi this afternoon, party spokesperson Shrikant Sharma accused Mr Khan of trying to gain political mileage out of the incident. He said it is shameful that Azam Khan has crossed all limits by suggesting that the gang rape could be a conspiracy by the Opposition. <br/><br/>BJP also demanded a CBI enquiry in the incident. The spokesperson said, law and order situation in the state is in shambles and nearly 6,000 cases of loot and dacoity have been reported in Samajwadi Party regime.
