BJP has demanded CBI probe in the countermanded Rajya Sabha poll in Jharkhand.In a letter to Chief Election Commissioner, S Y Quraishi, Party senior leader Yashwant Sinha said probe should be conducted since the start of election process.Lauding the Commission’s decision, he also urged the poll body to investigate the role of MLAs in this regard.The commission had canceled the election in the wake of allegations of horse trading and seizure of over 2 crore rupees in the state.
