BJP has sought apology from Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi for his remarks that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj has committed a criminal act in the Lalit Modi scandal.<br/><br/>Talking to reporters outside Parliament Friday, senior BJP leader Nitin Gadkari termed the statements as unfortunate. He said if Mr. Gandhi does not apologize BJP would file a criminal defamation case against him.
