BJP today said, the party has laid foundation of progress in the country at a time when Congress left it under corruption.<br/><br/>Addressing media persons, BJP party secretary Shrikant Sharma said, the main Opposition party was baffled as it has been almost wiped out from the nation in just two years. <br/><br/>He also charged the Congress-led previous UPA government of being incompetent, adding that after the people, now its own party members are losing trust within the party.
