BJP today claimed that people's confidence in Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become stronger since he was voted to power. Party Secretary Shrikant Sharma said the NDA government has been successful on all fronts including external affairs, economy and agriculture. <br/><br/>He was reacting to an opinion poll which rated the NDA government above average but said Mr. Modi is more popular than his government. Mr. Sharma said India's standing has risen in the world under new dispensation.<br/><br/>According to the opinion poll, 46 per cent of the respondents had rated the government as very good or good but Prime Minister got a rating of very good or good from 54 per cent of those polled.
