Speaking to the media in New Delhi after the verdict was announced, party spokesperson Nalin Kohli said, that the Aam Aadmi Party's main plank that Delhi is a state has been rejected by the Supreme Court and he does not understand how AAP is claiming the verdict to be a victory.
