Congress has alleged that BJP is running a malicious campaign with regard to Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi's visit to Aspen in the United States. In a statement, party spokesperson Randeep Surjewala clarified that Mr Gandhi is travelling to Aspen on a short visit to attend a conference and rejected all rumours stating otherwise. <br/><br/>Mr Surjewala accused BJP of spinning lies in the face of impending defeat in the Bihar elections. The conference is scheduled between 24 to 28th of this month. It brings together select group of leaders from the worlds of business, politics, media, finance, technology, and other fields for thought provoking conversations and activities.
