BJP National President J P Nadda has said that Tripura witnessed peace, prosperity and development after the BJP came to power in 2018. Addressing Vijay Sankalp rally at Khayerpur today, Mr. Nadda asserted that his party is committed to the overall development of the people. He said the party would fulfill all the promises made in the manifesto. The BJP President further said that India has been progressing rapidly under Narendra Modi.<br />'' <br />''Our Correspondent covering the polls reports that all the political parties are trying to woo voters in the state. Congress leaders Birjit Sinha and Ashish Kumar Saha campaigned today and urged voters to support Congress and the Left alliance.  Prominent Left leaders, including former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar, Brindra Karat and Sitaram Yechury also campaigned.  Leaders of TMC, Tipra Motha party held poll rallies and door-to-door campaigns.

BJP has released its manifesto today for the upcoming Tripura Assembly elections on 14th of February. While releasing the manifesto senior party Leader and national Vice president of BJP Muqtar Abbas Naqvi said that the state is facing three problme which are corruption, Border and militancy.The manifesto said that the BJP will provide Education to all, improve Health facilities, security to the common masses, and to Women. The manifesto also says that job opportunities will be created in the state for the unemployed youths if BJP is voted to power.On the other hand the campaigning trail is increasing day by day with the Election Day coming nearer. All the major Political Parties are busy in door to door campaigning and small and big Rallies. The star campaigners for all the political Parties are expected to arrive this week to add to the Campaigning tempo for the parties in State.A total 249 canidates are in fray for the forthcoming poll on 14th of February in Tripura.
