<span style="color: #222222;">The BJP today released its election manifesto for Jharkhand Assembly elections. Senior BJP leader and Union Minister Ravishankar Prasad released the 'Sankalp Patra' in Ranchi today. Chief Minister Raghubar Das, Jharkhand Election in-charge, Om Mathur and Union Minister Arjun Munda were present on the occasion. The party has laid emphasis on development, law and order and good governance.<br />''<br />''The manifesto includes the establishment of National Tribal University in Jharkhand. A tender worth 25 lakh rupees will be given to tribal contractors. It also promises that a government job will be provided to each BPL family of the state. A five lakh rupees loan will be given to OBCs for self-employment.<br />''<br />''According to the manifesto, 33 per cent reservation will be provided to women in government jobs. Free education to girls from nursery to Postgraduate level will also be provided. One lakh Self Help Group (SHGs) will be formed. A mobile set will be given to each registered farmer. Five hundred Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) will be constituted for processing farm produce and the related business activities.</span><br />
