BJP in Arunachal Pradesh has released its first list of candidates for the April 9 Assembly elections in the state, which includes former Chief Minister Gegong Apang.The names of 36 candidates were finalised by the central leadership in New Delhi on Saturday, party spokesman Techi Necha said in Itanagar on Sunday.
