In Delhi, BJP's Chief Ministerial candidate Harsh Vardhan said he will not stake claim to form a government as his party is short of a clear majority. He said, BJP will prefer to sit in the opposition than indulging in horse trading. Former BJP President Nitin Gadkari said, the party will form government only if it gets support in the natural process. BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi said his party's good performance in the four Assembly polls is a beginning for success in the Lok Sabha polls due early next year.
Aam Admi Party has ruled out taking support of any political party to form the government. Its convenor Arvind Kejriwal said, it will play the role of a constructive opposition. Congress has ruled out supporting Aam Aadmi Party to form a government in Delhi. AICC general secretary in-charge for Delhi Shakeel Ahmed said, the party are not considering to support any party in Delhi.
