BJP has urged the Election Commission to take cognizance of poll campaigning of RJD Chief Lalu Prasad who is convict in fodder scam. Talking to AIR, Union Minister and senior party leader Rajiv Pratap Rudy questioned how a convicted person can campaign when he is debarred from contesting elections. <br/><br/>Mr. Rudy reiterated party's view on reservation policy saying that NDA government respects the constitutional provisions in this regard. Accusing Lalu Prasad of dividing the society in the name of caste and religion, the Minister said BJP is committed to the betterment of weaker sections of society.
