The Jammu and Kashmir unit of the BJP on Wednesday sat on a dharna in front of Raj Bhawan in Jammu in protest against Justice (Retd) Sagir Ahmed's ‘Report on State-Centre Relations’. Led by BJP legislative party leader Chaman Lal Gupta, over 200 party workers raised slogans and burnt copies of the report. <br/><br/>Talking to reporters at the dharna site, the BJP leader demanded that the prime minister should reject the report alleging that it was biased against various sections of the people in the state adding BJP will not allow implementation of its recommendations. He said today's agitation will be followed by protests at mandal levels in Jammu province. <br/><br/>Strongly condemning the Working Group Report for rejecting the demand of Union Territory Status to Ladakh, Himalayan Buddhist Cultural Association President Tashi Targis termed it as unfortunate. He said no one from Lakdakh region was included as member of the Working Group.
