BJP’s Punjab unit led by its President Ashwani Sharma and Navjot Sidhu MP with other senior leaders and party workers on Monday protested at Wagha Border against the assassination of Sikhs by Taliban in Pakistan. The activists holding placards shouted slogans against Pakistan and Taliban and also set ablaze the effigy of Taliban at the Wagah – Attari border. BJP State president demanded that Pakistan government may control these inhuman activities of Taliban and provide security to Sikhs in Pakistan.
