BJP President Rajnath Singh said that Congress failed in bringing development because of its wrong financial policy, faulty economic planning and gross corruption. He also said that if there is no development in North East, then there could not be any thinking even of a healthy nation. Rajnath Singh alleged that the Congress has not taken any steps to prevent illegal migration. Rajnath Singh assured that BJP will give a citizenship to the peoples of Hindu community, who had migrated from Bangladesh.
