BJP President JP Nadda today, June 9 said that India has seen a rapid transformation in the last nine years and it is now witnessing report card politics instead of vote bank politics. Laying the foundation stone of the new office of the BJP Delhi Unit in the national capital, Mr. Nadda said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has not only changed the functioning of the Government but also the culture of politics in the country. <br />''<br />''He added that Mr. Modi has brought in a culture where a person from a humble background can become the Prime Minister. Mr Nadda described the BJP as a unique party saying it is the only political outfit that has ideology. He added that all other parties are deviating from their ideologies and even the Communist Party has joined hands with Congress to take on the BJP.<br />''<br />''Mr. Nadda informed that the BJP is working to establish its offices in all the districts across the country and over 500 party offices are already operational, so far, while around 166 offices are being constructed. He said that once established, the new Delhi BJP State office will serve as a platform to enable the BJP workers to have thoughtful discussions, make strategies, and expand the party base.<br />
