BJP president JP Nadda on Friday said BJP governments in States and at Centre the are committed to development, and that is why public is choosing them over other parties. He was addressing a public rally in Ghazipur district of Uttar Pradesh. Mr Nadda said many developmental works are being done in Uttar Pradesh after the Yogi- government came to power. He appealed to people to support the BJP for overall development of the country.<br />'' <br />'' Mr Nadda also addressed a gathering of ex-servicemen and felicitated some of them. He said the Narendra Modi government has done a lot for the ex-servicemen in the last 8 years, and to&nbsp;strengthen national security. He said India's defence exports have increased eight times in the last 8 years.<br />'' <br />''The BJP has set a target of winning all 80 Lok Sabha seats in Uttar Pradesh in the 2024 general elections. To achieve this goal, the party has focused on those 14 seats in the state it had lost in the last Lok Sabha polls. Among them, Ghazipur parliamentary seat is very important for the party from where senior BJP leader Manoj Sinha lost the political battle in 2019 to Afzal Ansari brother of Mukhtar Ansari.
