Mr Nadda was addressing Dharti Aba Birsa Munda Vishwas rally organized by the BJP Scheduled Tribes Morcha at Morhabadi grounds in Ranchi.<br />''<br />''Mr Nadda said that the number of people living below the poverty line in the country has come down from 22% to 10% which includes a large number of people from the tribal community. He said in the last 8 years under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government has started many schemes like Ayushmann Bharat Health Insurance, PM Awas Yojana and Swachh Bharat Mission for the poorer and marginalised sections of the society.<br />''<br />''Addressing the rally, Mr Nadda blamed the Hemant government for corruption charges. He said that Chief Minister Hemant Soren, despite holding the portfolio of Mines, got a mining lease allotted in his name.<br />''<br />''BJP National Vice President Raghuvar Das, Union Minister Arjun Munda, former Union Minister Kariya Munda, BJP senior leader and MLA Babulal Marandi, Rajya Sabha MP and State &nbsp;President Deepak Prakash and BJP Scheduled Tribes Morcha National President Samir Oraon were also present in the rally.</span><br />
