Minister of State for Home Kiren Rijiju and Tourism Minister K J Alphons will be the party observers for Meghalaya.&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>''<div><br />''</div>''<div>The Parliamentary Board also passed a resolution saying that the win of the party in Tripura reflects that this is a defeat of violence and the victory of the power of democracy.&nbsp;</div>''<div><br />''</div>''<div>Mr Nadda said, the party commits and dedicates itself to serve the people of north-eastern states who have reposed this mandate in the BJP and its allies.&nbsp;</div>''<div><br />''</div>''<div>He said, this is a mandate for peace, stability and development and people have voted for including North-east as a part of the national development agenda. He said that BJP is confident of formation of the government with its allies.</div>
